What are the materials and services provided by Malford?
For more than 30 years, Malford has been the preferred and trusted partner to home owners, building developers, architects, designers, and contractors.
We are stockists, wholesalers, suppliers, and installers of tiles, vinyl flooring, natural marble, granite, compressed marble, compressed quartz, and mosaics, in Singapore.
Our tiles may come in the form of full-body homogeneous tiles, heavy duty glazed porcelain tiles, and ceramic tiles.
We provide too the service of marble dry lay, and the application of sealants and treatments for natural stones.
We also offer site measurements for your compressed quartz counter tops or vanity tops, in which supply, installation, and fabrication works are also provided.
We perform the supply and installation of vinyl flooring for at least 7 homes a day, which is also a significant part of our business.

Be it quality, design, or complex technical advice pertaining to tiles, Malford always has the answer. Our tiles are also hyper realistic. Imagine having marble look tiles with 120 design permutations – you will never see the two same prints within the same area!
Why are tiles always superior to other materials?
Porcelain and Homogeneous tiles are manufactured to be extremely dense and strong. They are known for their extremely low rate of water absorption, and ridiculously strong breaking strength. Tiles also require minimal maintenance and are easy to install. Materials such as natural marble will instantly be damaged with the exposure to your pet dogs urination, or just some droplets of red wine. With today’s advanced technology, tiles can be manufactured to look like any other material.
What are some rough prices from Malford like?
Our tiles from China are typically from S$2.50 psf to S$3.00 psf exclusing GST. Sizes larger than 600 x 600 mm would certainly be more expensive.
Our Italian tiles are usually. S$3.00 psf onwards for sizes of 300 x 600 mm and 600 x 600 mm. Tiles that are in strip sizes of 150 x 900 mm tend to be in the range of S$4.50 psf onwards.
The supply and installation of vinyl flooring typically begins from S$4.50 psf, and may rise up to S$6.50 psf for certain designs.

When would my tiles arrive should i require indentation?
Tiles from China would require 2 weeks, while tiles from Italy would require no longer than 8 weeks. They usually take 5 weeks to arrive. We also have many in stock items, for clients who require a quicker or instant solution.
Which are the developments that have been tiled by Malford?
We are proud to say that there are many, ranging from single unit homes to the tallest building in Singapore – Tanjong Pagar Centre by Guocoland. Some other ongoing projects are in the form of religious buildings, office buildings, executive condominiums, and factories. There is a material for every application!
